Orders placed by NOON EST will ship same day.
Overnight orders placed on Thursday after NOON Eastern Time through Friday NOON Eastern Time will arrive on Monday. Overnight orders placed Friday after NOON Eastern Time through Monday NOON Eastern Time will arrive on Tuesday.

* Express Next Day Air delivery is only offered to non PO Box addresses in the 48 Continental United States.

We offer 2 Day Service to all NON PO Box Addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to NOON EST (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States) will arrive as specified above. This includes verification of all orders shipped to an address other than the billing address.

USA SHIPPING ONLY. Unfortunately we cannot ship or bill orders outside of the United States and its possessions. Shipping charges will be refunded only if we have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.

Returns

Upon receipt of your order, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, return merchandise and include your order number from the packing slip. Make sure to advise us the reason for your return.

All items must be returned in NEW condition within 30 days of purchase to the SHIP FROM location on your packing slip. Items must be returned in their original packaging and all tags must be attached.

Items purchased from any retail store, cannot be returned to BritishKnights.com. Items purchased from BritishKnights.com, cannot be returned to any retail store.

To ensure a full refund, the shoe box MUST be packed into a SHIPPING box. BritishKnights.com suggests that when shipping items back, the customer should return the item via pre-paid insured mail. You should insure the item for full purchase value. BritishKnights.com is not responsible for returned items which are lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receipt of your return to our warehouse, provided everything is correct, BritishKnights.com will credit the original purchase in full.

An email confirmation notifying you of the credit will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.

Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. BritishKnights.com does not offer exchanges for items returned in the mail at this time.

Privacy Policy & Security

Is my information secure?
British Knights uses the latest encryption technology (Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL) to secure your personal information. The information you provide when you place an order is encrypted (or coded) using a secure server for maximum security.
